Olivia is the calm voice in dental procedure days — walking families through pre-op instructions, monitoring anesthesia closely, and making sure every patient wakes up warm, safe, and comfortable.
Fun fact: Taught her border collie to sort laundry by color.

Marcus bridges the front desk and treatment floor with equal ease. If your pet needs an extra blanket, a quieter room, or a handful of bribes disguised as treats, he's already on it.
